RATE and pet POLICIES
Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to 11.70% MA room and excise taxes. Up to 2 kids (9 and under) stay free with 2 adults in the same room. Each additional adult charge $15.00 per night. There will be fee of a $50/night per dog (limited rooms available). No cats or other animals are allowed on the property. Additional nightly fee of $8.50 for service charge.
reservation policies
Be advised that only persons age 18 and over may make a reservation and check-in at our hotel. We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to reserve and stay in our rooms.
Also, be advised all guests registering agree to a $100.00 penalty charge to card on file if there is any damage to room.
You will be required to pay the remaining balance of your reservation, as reserved, in full at the time of check-in. Therefore, it is important that you reserve only the number of nights you are certain you will be staying. There are NO refunds for any early departures.
cancellation POLICIES
Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival.
**Hotel reserves the right to charge full amount of stay if the reservation is not cancelled 48 hours prior to date of arrival.
